If you naively believe in the all the rhetoric which the mosque supporters use to sugarcoat their actions, if you think that this is all about "peaceful coexistence", about "promoting understanding of Islam", about "multiculturalism" and "diversity", just ask yourself - what about the Ground Zero Church? Why it is more important to build a mega-mosque, than to restore St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, which was destroyed by the falling debris on the day of the attack? The proposed “Cordoba House” overlooking the World Trade Center site – where a group of jihadists killed over 3000 Americans and destroyed one of our most famous landmarks – is a test of the timidity, passivity and historic ignorance of American elites. For example, most of them don’t understand that “Cordoba House” is a deliberately insulting term. It refers to Cordoba, Spain – the capital of Muslim conquerors who symbolized their victory over the Christian Spaniards by transforming a church there into the world’s third-largest mosque complex.
Tolerance is a two-way street. All those who want the society to show tolerance towards Muslims and to respect their feelings, better learn to show tolerance and to respect the feelings of those who don't want a giant Muslim shrine built at the site of a terror attack, perpetrated, financed and carried out by militant jihadist Muslims. (Not to mention - overwhelmingly supported by Muslims.)P.S. Take a look at this. How come it's always us who have to be tolerant, but never the Muslims?...
