Sure, it's a controversial subject, even among the Conservatives. (Just take a look at this heated debate on Free Dominion.) Some even regard the pill as a "harmless" way to reduce the need for abortions. The truth is - it was the pill which created the illusion of "safe sex", the notion that "this baby shouldn't have been there in the first place", the attitude which brought us the unrestricted abortion on demand.
