This is about remembering what happened, who made it happen and why they did it. Let's remember the people who died - not on the battlefield, without bearing arms; who were brutally murdered because American freedom and prosperity annoyed a bunch of bloodthirsty jihadist troglodytes.
Let's remember the courage of those who sacrificed themselves trying to save others. Of the firefighters who perished in the collapsing building. And of the passengers on flight 93 who chose to fight back - if not to save their own lives then to save the lives of many others that could have been killed that day.
Let's re-dedicate ourselves to freedom these people died for.
